I want to report a serious concern with Urban Development Partners Inc.'s tool that I purchased on January 2, 2001 from your West Mario, Montana store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jameson N., but my issue remains unresolved.
