Misleading advertising by Robo Edge International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3381-QRR-1417 placed with Robo Edge International on June 23, 2006. I paid $720.27 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Derick Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
