Unresolved issue with Robo Edge International product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8990-QWZ-3405 placed with Robo Edge International on December 31, 2008. I paid $191.82 for accessory, but when it arrived, I discovered faced system outages. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Maxine W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
