Frustrated with Abode & Services's lack of response

On April 17, 1991, I signed up for Abode & Services's upgrade service at their McLaughlinville, Arkansas location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $537.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Garett V. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
