Frustrated with Counsel Advisors Corp.'s lack of response

On July 13, 2014, I signed up for Counsel Advisors Corp.'s installation service at their Huelberg, Illinois location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $912.90, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Royal B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
