I am writing regarding order #ORD-2315-TAT-8932 placed with Law Advisors of Ethical Inc. on December 22, 1990. I paid $865.84 for unit, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jaden M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
