I want to report a serious concern with Advanced Properties Construction's appliance that I purchased on November 23, 2004 from your North Susanna, New York store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Otilia I., but my issue remains unresolved.
