Ultra Platforms International failed to honor their commitment

On October 26, 2012, I signed up for Ultra Platforms International's repair service at their South Dwight, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include accessory, but after paying $295.73, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Daisy K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
