I purchased a system from Ultra Platforms International on August 20, 2006. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced frequent disconnections. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Teresa T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
