Residence Alliance failed to honor their commitment

On April 13, 2017, I signed up for Residence Alliance's support package at their New Erikaview, Florida location. I was told that the service would include plan, but after paying $332.93, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Bianka E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
