Poor customer service experience with Consulting Team, Team Nice

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4802-AEH-1788 placed with Consulting Team, Team Nice on November 21, 2000. I paid $893.71 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Makenzie W. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
