False promises made by Consulting Team, Team Nice representative

On January 21, 2011, I signed up for Consulting Team, Team Nice's upgrade service at their Kayliside, Texas location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $678.39, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Jermey M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
