Hidden fees discovered from Total Clinic International

I purchased a tool from Total Clinic International on March 14, 1988. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Brett R. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
