Overcharged by Robo-Pulse Group for service

On December 4, 2017, I signed up for Robo-Pulse Group's installation service at their West Raphaelchester, Alaska location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $620.18, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Pascale B. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
