On September 21, 2024, I signed up for Robo Systems's setup assistance at their Dickensshire, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $855.11, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Eloy G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
