Overcharged by EasyDeal for service

I want to report a serious concern with EasyDeal's subscription that I purchased on May 18, 2003 from your North Seamusside, West Virginia store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Petra P., but my issue remains unresolved.
