Poor customer service experience with LogicCore Ventures Townsville

On April 23, 2024, I signed up for LogicCore Ventures Townsville's warranty service at their Ariannaville, South Carolina location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $719.4, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Margarita I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
