False promises made by VirtualCore Inc. representative

On November 18, 2014, I signed up for VirtualCore Inc.'s customer support at their East Rafael, New York location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $785.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Diamond E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
