I have been a loyal customer of Optimal Services Salvador Holdings for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-4394-PSY-9608) on May 27, 1995, and have encountered had my warranty claim denied unfairly. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
