Delayed delivery from Justice Services of Diligent

On July 2, 1987, I signed up for Justice Services of Diligent's installation service at their Nickolastown, Florida location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $581.91, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Brady A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
