Refund refused by Advocate, Advocate & Team

On June 25, 2019, I signed up for Advocate, Advocate & Team's setup assistance at their Altenwerthfurt, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $578.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Arvilla T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
