Works Professionals Corp. refused to address issue

On November 23, 1987, I signed up for Works Professionals Corp.'s technical assistance at their Antoniachester, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $639.46, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Krista P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
