Misleading advertising by Value Haus

On August 22, 2023, I signed up for Value Haus's customer support at their Jarrodburgh, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $907.22, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Kira S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
