I have been a loyal customer of Value Haus for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered gadget (order #ORD-1322-IIO-3577) on March 24, 2018, and have encountered is not compatible as claimed. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
