Unresolved issue with Emporium & Center Pak Kret product

On February 28, 1991, I signed up for Emporium & Center Pak Kret's exchange program at their New Christopville, Texas location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $163.80, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Stan U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
