Billing dispute with Elite Associates Montpellier

On March 4, 1984, I signed up for Elite Associates Montpellier's support package at their Bartellshire, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $529.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Buster Z. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
