On September 30, 1994, I signed up for Food & Co LLC's setup assistance at their New Kelton, Vermont location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $918.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ozella F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
