Billing dispute with Food & Co LLC

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7249-DIB-6899 placed with Food & Co LLC on June 15, 1996. I paid $835.30 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brandi E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
