On March 3, 2010, I signed up for Law, Law & Offices's customer support at their Lake April, Maine location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $982.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Genoveva S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
