On October 11, 1989, I signed up for The Optimal Therapy Network Holdings's customer support at their Jeffrymouth, Pennsylvania location. I was told that the service would include package, but after paying $269.42, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Thomas O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
