Refund refused by Fusion Ventures International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4380-VFL-3682 placed with Fusion Ventures International on November 13, 2000. I paid $262.41 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered arrived significantly late. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Adrienne D. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
