Billing dispute with Law Partners, Partners

On October 30, 1986, I signed up for Law Partners, Partners's support package at their East Rogerbury, Wisconsin location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $796.75, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Sedrick L. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
