Law Partners, Partners provided defective product

On April 18, 1985, I signed up for Law Partners, Partners's technical assistance at their West Gay, Texas location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $786.89, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Ova H. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
