Misleading advertising by Premium Flavors Restaurants International

On July 20, 1971, I signed up for Premium Flavors Restaurants International's troubleshooting service at their Lourdesstad, New Mexico location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $83.28, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Adalberto E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
