I am writing regarding order #ORD-4039-HGH-3933 placed with DigitalSys on January 10, 2012. I paid $278.92 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered experienced frequent disconnections. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Arnold I. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
