I have been a loyal customer of Reliable-Design for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-2582-TYH-7187) on February 12, 2009, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
