Frustrated with SelectTrend Enterprises's lack of response

On December 20, 1978, I signed up for SelectTrend Enterprises's support package at their Kubchester, Kentucky location. I was told that the service would include product, but after paying $596.5, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Therese Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
