Refund refused by The Prime Doctor Group

On March 30, 2018, I signed up for The Prime Doctor Group's upgrade service at their New Anastacioshire, Wyoming location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $166.61, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Nikolas U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
