Unresolved issue with TechNode Technologies International product

On June 24, 2002, I signed up for TechNode Technologies International's training session at their South Cesar, Massachusetts location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $271.26, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Johnpaul F. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
