Warranty claim denied by Healthy & Tastes Corp.

On June 2, 1983, I signed up for Healthy & Tastes Corp.'s technical assistance at their Lake Leola, Ohio location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $853.69, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Domenico A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
