I purchased a software from Practice Offices of Premier on December 25, 2018. Shortly after using it, I experienced couldn't access my account. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lourdes K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
