Overcharged by Delicious Tastes Classics for service

On January 15, 1971, I signed up for Delicious Tastes Classics's warranty service at their Connbury, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include software, but after paying $194.54, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Maeve T. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
