Poor customer service experience with Pioneer Thinkers

On August 3, 2009, I signed up for Pioneer Thinkers's repair service at their South Jessica, Missouri location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $304.24, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Duane E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
