I purchased a package from Fresh Meals Eateries on June 14, 1997. Shortly after using it, I experienced is not compatible as claimed. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Ophelia K. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
