False promises made by Meta-Chip Chennai Holdings representative

On July 15, 2006, I signed up for Meta-Chip Chennai Holdings's consultation at their Schmittview, Nebraska location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $526.35, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Will M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
