Misleading advertising by The Optimal Hospital Specialists

On August 6, 1980, I signed up for The Optimal Hospital Specialists's premium plan at their Lueilwitzchester, Nevada location. I was told that the service would include item, but after paying $109.67, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Amari P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
