Poor customer service experience with Practice Counsel Corp.

On April 8, 2000, I signed up for Practice Counsel Corp.'s delivery service at their Fritschshire, Iowa location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $996.20, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Harmony O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
