False promises made by Space Solutions Suwon Enterprises representative

I am writing regarding order #ORD-7639-ZAA-1472 placed with Space Solutions Suwon Enterprises on January 21, 1975. I paid $790.60 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered encountered rude staff. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Aniyah G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
