I have been a loyal customer of Mega Market for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered equipment (order #ORD-9839-EJC-1771) on September 29, 2003, and have encountered stopped working after two weeks. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
