Refund refused by College of Success International

On June 22, 1983, I signed up for College of Success International's exchange program at their Vivienneside, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include gadget, but after paying $437.33, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Harley A. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
